WHAT'S NEW AT CCUFCU

The following letter was mailed to the membership to explain upcoming changes at the credit union.

Dear Member:

We are all aware of the economic downturn that is affecting almost every industry especially the financial industry. There has been an increase in delinquencies as well as operation cost for nearly every financial institution. Coca Cola United FCU wants you to know that we are still here for you. It is important that we continue to provide you with a safe place for your deposits, competitive rates and quality products and services. In order to reduce cost the credit union will be making the following changes.

·                    Coca Cola United FCU will be joining CO-OP Financial Services Network. This will allow our members to use certain ATM’s at no charge. Effective July 1, 2009 the credit union will no longer refund ATM fees. You may use the following methods to find ATM’s in your area: Call 888-7483-2667 (888-SITE-CO-OP), Text your address, intersection or zip code to 692667 (MYCOOP) or go online to www.co-opfs.org/public/locators.  Another way to avoid fees is to use the cash back option many stores offer when you make purchases.

·                    Effective June 30, 2009 the credit union will no longer offer paid loan protection.

·                    Effective July 1, 2009 all loans 15 days past due will be charged a late fee of $30.
